2026 SeaWorld Orlando 4th of July Fireworks — IGNITE Drone Show
July 4 @ 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

SeaWorld Orlando’s 4th of July Celebration features the all-new IGNITE drone show and fireworks spectacular — one of the most unique Independence Day experiences in Central Florida. The show begins with hundreds of synchronized drones rising over the park’s central lake, forming glowing sea creatures and luminous wave formations set to the original anthem “Feeling Electric.” The aerial display transitions seamlessly into the IGNITE Fireworks Spectacular, a 360-degree pyrotechnic finale choreographed to patriotic music. Check the park’s daily schedule for the confirmed showtime on July 4th.
The show is included with park admission. Viewing options include:
- General viewing — The Waterfront, Orca Encounter Pathway, and the area near the Sky Tower. Free with admission.
- Bayside Stadium reserved seating — Starting at $24.99 per person (ages 3+). Stadium opens 60 minutes before showtime.
- VIP Lakeside Grill — Starting at $39.99 per person (ages 10+) or $19.99 (ages 3–9). Private waterfront patio, premium tapas, and specialty cocktails. Check-in at 8:45 PM. Park admission required separately.
SeaWorld’s Electric Ocean summer festival also runs throughout the park on the 4th, with neon-lit attractions and extended evening entertainment. For a full breakdown of viewing options and local tips, see the SeaWorld 4th of July guide on Orlando Local Guide.

SeaWorld Orlando Guide
SeaWorld Orlando is a full-day park — and July 4th is one of the best times to visit because the IGNITE drone and fireworks show runs in the evening as part of the park’s normal admission. Here’s how to make the most of the park during the day before the show.
- Mako, Ice Breaker & the Coaster Collection — SeaWorld has one of the strongest coaster lineups in Central Florida. Mako is Orlando’s tallest and fastest hypercoaster at 200 feet; Ice Breaker is a quad-launch coaster hitting 52 mph; Manta is a floorless ray-themed coaster; and Pipeline: The Surf Coaster is the world’s first surf coaster. Ride in the morning when lines are shortest — coaster queues spike in the afternoon on holiday weekends.
- Animal Habitats & Encounters — The animal experiences are best experienced during daylight hours. Dolphin Cove (touch and feed dolphins), Shark Encounter (an underwater tunnel through 125,000 gallons), Manatee Rehabilitation, and Sea Turtle Rescue are worth building your morning around. The habitats are less crowded before noon and the animals are most active earlier in the day.
- Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin — A gentle dark ride through a penguin colony followed by a walk-through habitat where you can view the penguins at close range. The climate-controlled habitat is fully air-conditioned — one of the best mid-afternoon escapes when the July heat peaks inside the park.
- Aquatica Orlando — SeaWorld’s water park is located directly adjacent to the main park and can be added on as a day upgrade. Water slides, a lazy river, a wave pool, and a dedicated kids’ area make it one of the best July 4th cooling options in Orlando. Splitting the morning at Aquatica and the afternoon and evening at SeaWorld is a natural combination on a hot holiday weekend.
- Discovery Cove — SeaWorld’s all-inclusive sister park next door is a reservation-only, limited-capacity experience with dolphin swims, snorkeling through a coral reef, a lazy river, and a private beach. Combining a morning at Discovery Cove with SeaWorld’s evening IGNITE fireworks is the most complete July 4th day available on I-Drive — but book months in advance, as July 4th slots sell out early.
